All rooms are non-smoking.

Rates:

All rates are subject to change. Rates are based on single/double occupancy and subject to an 9% Maine sales tax. Additional guests may be added to your reservation at a rate of $25/night, or $10/night if guests are children under 12.

Payment Policy:

Each reservation must be guaranteed with a deposit of one night's stay, due at the time of reservation. Reservations made for a period of 7 days or longer are subject to an additional deposit, totaling 50% of the entire reservation. Guarantees may be paid with Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.


Cancellation Policy:

Guest Rooms, Suites & Overnight Cottages: The hotel must be notified of cancellations for guest rooms and Overnight Cottages at least 7 days prior to arrival in order for guests to recover their deposit, less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of your reservation will lose their deposit. We do not offer refunds for bad weather or early departure.

Wells Cottages: The hotel must be notified of cancellations for Wells Cottages at least 30 days prior to arrival in order for guests to recover their deposit, less a $100 cancellation fee per cottage, per week. Cancellations made within 30 days of your reservation will lose their deposit. We do not offer refunds for bad weather or early departure.

Minimum Stays:

Reservations are subject to minimum stay requirements during various times of the year. Seasonal minimum stay requirements are posted in the reservation system for your convenience.

Parking:

One complimentary parking space is available with each reservation. Unfortunately, due to limited space, additional guest and visitor vehicles are not permitted in our parking lot. Additionally, trailers, boats, and RV's are not permitted.
